Authorities in Wisconsin say one person is dead, another is hurt, and a third has been arrested following a two-vehicle crash Thursday morning. According to a release from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office,

Jack Del Rio, the senior adviser to Wisconsin football coach Luke Fickell, will resign after he was arrested and cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Del Rio joined the Wisconsin staff in August after a lengthy career as an NFL coach, which included two stints as a head coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars (2003-2011) and formerly known Oakland Raiders (2015-17). He posted a 93-94 (.497) overall record in 12 seasons as an NFL head coach, reaching the playoffs three times.
