GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) -University of Colorado Health (UCHealth) has agreed to pay $23 million to settle allegations of fraudulently billing federal healthcare programs. Colorado’s U.S. Attorney’s Office says between 2017 and 2021 UCHealth falsely coded some emergency room visits.
