Michael Bublé has been named as one of four coaches for Season 26 of The Voice on NBC, joining Snoop Dogg as new coach. The pair join Gwen Stefani and Reba McEntire for the latest season, which is set to premiere on Sept. 23.

"Being empathetic and being spiritually connected was even more important than trying to find a winner," Bublé says.
